At my work people tend to complain - my reviewer isn’t helpful, I’d rather be on that client instead, the preparer is giving terrible work. Since I want to be an encourager I have said “don’t fall for the grass is greener fallacy, instead make the grass greener where you are at” many of times.
It is so difficult to find peace where one is at, I still find myself constantly wanting for more. Thank you for those great questions to reflect on, we all need those reminders.
